As an Event Coordinator you will play a crucial role in coordinating and deliver impactful events, from youth campaigns to staff celebrations. You’ll support end-to-end coordination across in-person and virtual events, working with the Events Manager to create meaningful, memorable experiences that engage and inspire.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead event logistics across youth and Supporter engagement campaigns, including the 40 Hour Challenge and Leaders for Change Summit.
· Manage all aspects of our Gift in Will events portfolio — from planning and marketing briefs to execution and post-event analysis.
· Oversee ticketing, communications, venue coordination, catering, and resource management.
· Collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers and creative agencies to ensure smooth delivery and consistent brand experiences.
· Contribute to innovation by testing new event formats, technologies, and approaches.
· Provide on-site support for major events and ensure health and safety requirements are fully met.
About you:
· Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in event coordination or a related role.
· Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
· Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a knack for relationship-building.
· Comfort working at fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
· Full New Zealand driver’s licence and willingness to travel as needed.
· Proficiency with experience with email marketing, ticketing platforms or project management tools is a bonus.

- Based in Penrose, Auckland
- Fixed Term Position for 12 months. 37.5hrs per week.
